Norman C. Farror died February 5, 2021 in Philadelphia, PA at Temple University Hospital following a brief illness.

He was born February 10, 1939 to the late  Andrew and Marzella Cole Farror. He departed this life February 5, 2021 at Temple University Hospital, following a brief illness.

He was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Durham, NC . Norman graduated from Hillside High School in Durham, NC and served in the United States Army.

He worked and retired from the public school in Philadelphia after 45 years.  His hobby was always reading. Norman was a kind hearted person.

Surviving are: his wife Mrs. Maggie Johnson Farror of the home, One daughter: Norma Jackson of  Georgetown, Texas, Five sons: Scottie Johnson of Durham, NC, Jeffrey Franklin of  Hillside, Virginia, Norman Farror, Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.,  Rodney Farror of Baltimore, Md., Ricardo Farror of Philadelphia, Pa. and  Four sisters-in-law:  Dorothy Tate of Brooklyn, N.Y., Josette Mack of Chapel Hill, NC, Sarah Farror of  Sanford, NC,  Mary Farror of Durham, NC,  one brother-in-law: Robert Berryman of Sanford, NC and a host of nieces,  nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, a host of other relatives and friends
