Survived by sons: Max Butler, Jr. (Rhonda) and Terry Butler both of Greensboro, NC
Five Grandchildren: Jordan, Christian, Victoria, Martina and Kayonna
One sister: Joan Zieglar (Paul) of Wake Forest, NC; One brother, Richard "Tommy "Butler (Clarice) of Carthage, NC
