Survivors: Husband, Todd D. Butler of the home; One son, Cordarius M. Chappell of the home; Mother, Pearlie D. Chappell of Mt. Gilead, NC; Three sisters, Betty Drake of Mt. Gilead, NC, Annie (Luere) Little of Mt.
