Charles was preceded in death by his Father , Robert Caddell; Mother , Almeta Person; Brothers, Victor Caddell, and Larry (Lora) Caddell; Sisters, Sharon Caddell (George) White, and Unita (Gregory) Figures.

Survivors: Sons , Charles Rorie and Demetrius (Shea) Rorie both of Pittsburg, PA; Daughters , Charlotte (James) Harrington of Sanford, NC, Charlene Caddell of Eagle Springs, and Tiffany Caddell of Sanford, NC; Brothers , Willie (Mone') Caddell of Eagle Springs, NC, Robert (Carrie) Caddell of Robbins, NC, Albert (Rose) Caddell of Eagle Springs, Patrick Frazier,  Vincent (Illeen) Frazier, Phillip Frazier, Gilbert (Joyce) Frazier, all of New York; Sisters , Sheila Caddell Parker of Troy, NC, Doris (Lee) Dunn of Troy, NC, Tracey (Kevin) Johnson of Florida.
