Mr. Anthony Grant Copeland, age 59, died Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro, NC

Mr. Copeland was Chairperson for the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, WM for Virgin Mary Lodge 108, Candor, NC, member of the Sandhills Mental Health Board and A.B.C. Board of Montgomery County, retired Postal Worker, past President of the Montgomery County NAACP.  Mr. Copeland was awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine and was a member of Our Lady of the Americas Church in Candor, NC

Survived by his Father: Grant Copeland of South Fallsburg NY; One Brother: Anthony G. Valenti of Florida, NY;

Sister: Seburban Copeland of Greensboro, NC ; A Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
